TECHNICAL DATA STRETCH-VAC 2000 Soft Co-Extruded Nylon with Ultra High Elongation
DESCRIPTION STRETCH-VAC 2000 is a red, transparent, soft, high-elongation, heat stabilized, co-extruded, multi layered film, produced from a modified polyamide resin. STRETCH-VACÔ 2000 easily conforms to complex contours. STRETCH-VACÔ 2000 is formulated to be less affected by environmental changes and remain flexible in low humidity conditions.
APPLICATION STRETCH-VAC 2000 is recommended as a bagging film for advanced composite fabrication, when a dependable, conformable, soft, stretchable bag is required. With STRETCH-VACÔ 2000's unique characteristics, fewer pleats are needed when vacuum bagging either complex or simple contoured parts. The co-extrusion process combines multiple layers of resin flow into film prior to exiting the extrusion die. This process represents the most advanced "state-of-the-art" technology in blown film production. STRETCH-VACÔ 2000 can be heat seamed to meet any custom shape requirements.
