A 3000-7 AND FR
Stretchable Polyester Bleeder/Breather

DESCRIPTION

A 3000-7 is stretchable non-woven polyester felt with drapeability enabling it to conform closely to the contours of your part. The multi-directional stretch, combined with a low density lightweight construction, makes A 3000-7 a highly efficient bleeder or breather.

A 3000-7 does not contain any binders which could close off air flow and stick to parts or other components. A-3000-7 will conduct air at 85 PSI (5.9 bars) for prolonged cure cycles and in complex contours.

APPLICATION
A 3000-7 is not a release fabric. When used in conjunction with uncured materials, we recommend a release film be used against the detail being cured.

A 3000-7 is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-dusting and non-allergenic.

A 3000-7 is available up to 120" (3.05m) on special order.
Custom slitting is also available.

A 3000-7 is also available in "Fire Retardant" (Identify as FR when ordering). FR is recommended for use in non-inert curing atmosphere. A3000-7FR meets vertical burn test per F.A.R. Para. 25.853 (B).
