Spun Bound Polyester Bleeder/Breather

DESCRIPTION
A SB024 is a spun bound, polyester felt engineered to lay smoothly on flat or low contoured parts. The low-density, straight fiber, lightweight (4 dpf) spun bound construction makes a highly efficient Breather or Bleeder and does not leave mark off like other thicker Breather/Bleeders do.

APPLICATION
A SB024, when used as a bleeder, is engineered for use in standard 350°F (177°C) cure cycles using low pressures on flat or mild contoured parts. When used as a bleeder, high pressures can be used. A SB024 is not release fabric. When used in conjunction with uncured prepregs or adhesive materials, we recommend a release film be used against the detail being cured.
