RC 3000-20 AND -20 FR

TECHNICAL DATA
RC 3000-20 AND FR
High Density, High Loft Breather

DESCRIPTION
RC 3000-20 is the same high quality, denier fiber, non-woven polyester felt, as our RC 3000-10 but weighs 20 oz. per sq. yd.

APPLICATION
The multi-directional stretch and low density high loft construction make it an excellent breather choice for complex contour, double curvature details. During autoclave cure cycles, RC 3000-20, used as a breather, will remain open at pressures over 200 PSI (13.8bars) and 400°F (205°C). It is ideally suited for use as an edge breather.

RC 3000-20 is not a release fabric. When used in conjunction with uncured materials, we recommend release film be used against the detail being cured.

RC 3000-20 is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-dusting and non-allergenic.
