RC 3000-B AND -B FR
Stretchable Synthetic High Temperature High Pressure Felt Breather

DESCRIPTION
RC-3000-B is a high temperature/high pressure polyester, non-woven felt. RC 3000-B is available in 10, 13 and 20 oz./yd² for withstanding temperatures up to 450°F (232°C) and pressures up to 200 PSI (13.8 bars).

APPLICATION
The high melt point of the RC 3000-B fiber allows the material to be used at operating temperatures of 350-450°F without taking the heat set experienced with the lower melt point products. This allows the RC 3000-B to have greater breathing capacity under higher operating temperatures and pressures. RC 3000-B is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-dusting and non-allergenic.

RC 3000-B is not a release fabric. When used in conjunction with uncured materials, we recommend a release film be used against the detail being cured.

RC 3000-10, 13 or 20B is also available in "Fire Retardant" (Identify as FR when ordering). FR is recommended for use in non-inert curing atmosphere. RC 3000-BFR meets vertical burn test per F.A.R. Para. 25.853 (B)
