RC 3500 HT
Non Woven Fiberglass, High Temperature Felt Breather

DESCRIPTION
RC 3500HT is a non-woven fiberglass felt. It is capable of operating as a breather at temperatures above 1000°F (538°C) and pressures over 200 PSI (13.8 bars).

APPLICATION
RC 3500HT is engineered for use on polyimide curing, thermoplastic consolidations, as well as all very high temperatures vacuum bagging applications. The high melt point of the fiberglass fiber allows the material to be used at operating temperatures above 1000°F (538°C) without taking a heat set.

RC 3500HT is also recommended for use in thermo-insulation blankets and reusable breather blanket constructions.

RC 3500HT is not a release fabric. When used in conjunction with uncured materials, we recommend a release film be used against the detail being cured.
