Silicone Rubber Resin Dam
DESCRIPTION:
RICHDAM SE is a fully-cured silicone rubber damming material with a fully cured silicone adhesive backing.
APPLICATION:
RICHDAM SE controls the outward resin flow from a composite lay up or metal bond assembly. It also prevents the resin from flowing into vacuum valves potentially causing failure of the vacuum system. RICHDAM SE can be used with all resin, adhesive and prepreg systems for control of resin flow up to 550°F (287°C). Being fully cured silicone, RICHDAM SE removes easily for the finished part.
