STEPS
1. Place vacuum bag sealant around periphery of tool (outside edge of laminate).
2. Locate and seal edge of vapor permeable film to sealant. Stretch film slightly, so that when vacuum is applied, the T.S.B. will conform to the tool surface (some hand forming may be required to remove any wrinkles that may form).
3. Insert vacuum probe, apply vacuum. 4. Perform lay up procedures in normal manner (do not cut on bag surface). |
