TECHNICAL DATA B 100 Nylon Peel Ply
DESCRIPTION B 100 is a close weave nylon fabric that has been scoured and heat set. Scouring eliminates contamination from sizing and lubricants used during manufacturing of the fabric, and heat setting reduces the shrinkage of the fabric during the cure cycle.
APPLICATION B 100 is ideal for use on composite and metal bond assemblies where secondary processing is necessary after the peel ply fabric has been removed. B 100 is not recommended for assemblies that contain phenols. For these types of resin systems, the 60000 series of peel ply fabrics or fiberglass based systems should be used.
