Porous Lightweight TFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric

DESCRIPTION:
200TFP-1 is a very light weight TFE-coated glass fabric. It is used as a release interface between assembly details where thickness of the release material must be minimal. 200TFP-1 will release from all commercial resin systems, and is resistant to all solvents, and cure byproducts encountered in composite and metal-bond manufacturing.

APPLICATION:
200TFP-1 is designed as a release fabric that will allow excess resin, volatiles and trapped air to bleed through the release fabric and be absorbed in the bleeder or vented away from the assembly. It is especially useful where tolerances do not allow a heavier material. 200TFP-1 is ideal for flat and simple contoured assemblies.
