Porous TFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric
DESCRIPTION:
200TFP is a porous TFE-coated plain weave fiberglass cloth release fabric. 200TFP is resistant to all solvents, adhesives and resin systems normally encountered in composite and metal-bond manufacture. It will release from all commercial resin systems.
APPLICATION:
200TFP is designed as a release fabric that will allow excess resin, volatiles and trapped air to bleed through the release fabric and be absorbed in the bleeder or vented out of the bag through the vacuum vent port. It can be used on metal-bond assemblies to allow the adhesive flash to be bled into the breather and removed from the assembly. 200TFP is ideal for flat and simple contoured assemblies. 200TFP is available in low porosity as Class 1 or medium porosity as Class 2. Please specify when ordering.
