TECHNICAL DATA VAC-PAK® A6200 ETFE / Fluoropolymer Release Film
DESCRIPTION VAC-PAK® A6200 is an ETFE/fluropolymer release film, a low cost alternative to FEP, available in red or blue colors. VAC-PAK® A6200 is a high temperature release film suitable for use up to 450°F (232°C) with good elongation properties.
APPLICATION VAC-PAK® A6200 has good elongation and can overcome bridging problems in complex contour lay-ups. The high temperature capabilities of VAC-PAK® A6200 are compatible with most commonly used resin systems used in composites and adhesive bonding and will release easily after cure. VAC-PAK® A6200 is blue, red or orange and easily identifiable against the part for removal and the color will not transfer. VAC-PAK® A6200 is available non-perforated or in the perforations shown in Table I in this section of our catalog.
