DESCRIPTION:

PEEL PLIES:
Power Ply RS is a tightly woven, 2.4-oz/sq. yd. nylon peel ply with a Red Stripe woven into the fabric for easy identification on the cured part. Power Ply RS is not recommended for use with Phenolic resin systems. Power Ply RS is available in 60" x 100 yd. rolls. Slitting is available upon request.

56199 is a heavy-duty 3.15-oz./sq. yd. polyester peel ply suitable for use with commonly used resin systems.

56199 is available in 60" x 200 yd. rolls. Slitting is available upon request.

RELEASE FABRICS:
56199 SRL is a heavy-duty 3.15-oz./sq. yd. polyester release fabric with a "Super Release Lavender" coating. 56199 SRL is suitable for use with commonly used resin systems. 56199 SRL is available in 60" x 100 yd. rolls. Slitting is available upon request.

Green Release Fabric is a tightly woven 2.0-oz./sq. yd. nylon fabric with a blue/green release coating, and is not recommended for use with phenolic resin systems. Green Release Fabric is available in 60" x 200 yd. rolls. Slitting is available upon request.

APPLICATION:
Peel Plies are ideal for use on composite parts where secondary bonding or painting is required without the need for sanding and solvent wiping.

Release Fabrics are ideally used when easy removal is essential and where sanding and solvent wiping prior to secondary bonding or painting is acceptable.
