Plain and Perforated

DESCRIPTION:
E-1760 is a red tinted release film with a P160 perforation pattern. It exhibits excellent release properties from most polyester, vinyl-ester, phenolic and some epoxy resins (up to 250ºF curing). The red color of E-1760 provides for easy identification and removal from parts.

E-2760R release film is a red, medium temperature (room temperature to 300°F/148°C), high elongation (800%), low modulus (<5000 PSI) release film suitable for use with common VIP resin systems. E2760R is ideally suited for highly contoured parts where conformability is essential. E2760R is available in roll sizes of .002" x 60" x 500'. Perforations are available as shown in table below.

E-4760 release film is a light blue, high temperature (Room Temperature to 400°F/205°C), low elongation (200%) release film suitable for use with common VIP resin systems. E-4760 is ideally suitable for flat and mildly contoured part fabrication. E-4760 is available in roll sizes of .0015" x 54" x 2000', .002" x 54" x 1500', .0015" x 72" x 1100' and .002" x 72" x 825'. Perforations are available as shown in table below.

APPLICATION:
Vacuum Infusion Release Films may be used on the tool or bag side.

P .045" diameter holes, staggered on ¼" centers

P1 .045" diameter holes on ½" centers
(All release films, 60" max. width)

P2 Small slashes on ½" centers
(E2760R and E4670 only, up to 54" max. width)

P3 .015" diameter holes on ¼" centers
(All release films, 72" max. width)

P160 .015" diameter holes 160 perforations per sq. inch
(E-1760R only, 60" max. width)
